iBoss shortlisted at ARN ICT industry awards

August 11th, 2015

We are pleased to announce that iBoss has been chosen as a finalist for the ARN ICT Industry Awards for “Best Telecommunications Initiative”. Over 100 judges from the vendor, reseller, distributor and telco communities voted on the short listed nominations.

The award recognises the best technology, product, marketing offer or business-based initiative introduced by any telecommunications related company over the past 12 months.

The iBoss initiative that has been shortlisted is the recent launch of VoIP and SIP products at a wholesale level for our aggregation partners.

As we announced in April, iBoss is now fully integrated with Symbio Networks, Australia’s largest VoIP network. What this means is that our aggregation customers can now compete in new markets and service end-users who are embracing the IP revolution and moving to SIP-based voice services.

Being able to offer VoIP and SIP products is especially important in the new NBN world where end users who use traditional telco services need to be educated on new technologies and migrated to NBN compatible services.

If you want to find out more about our VoIP and SIP solutions, get in touch today, or find out more on our SIP pages.

iBoss launches VoIP capability

iBoss has completed work to integrate with Symbio Networks to access Australia’s largest VoIP network and can now offer fully integrated SIP solutions.

With the launch of SIP on iBoss, aggregation is no longer the province of traditional telco services. The scope of the offering includes the addition of SIP trunks and SIP endpoints – a first within the Australian wholesale telco market.

For our aggregation partners, this means opening up a new segment of the market. We enable you to target those end-users who are embracing the IP revolution and moving to SIP-based voice services.
